The Institute for Community Health is a nationally recognized catalyst for sustainable community health improvement, uniting real world practice with academic research. RISEP is a research institute that studies issues of concern to working people and low-income communities. We provide facts, figures, and information to labor unions, community organizing groups, and the media about things that impact the lives of working people: the economy, wages and benefits, housing cost, health care, immigration, and the environment are some issues we have studied.

Healthy City is an information + action resource that unites community voices, rigorous research and innovative technologies to solve the root causes of social inequity.

The first of its kind in the country, our team consists of authorities in research, technology, information design, planning and data analysis. We provide the public sector with actionable information such as data, maps, and service referrals through our easy-to-use online platform.
