McDonald Williams Institute, the mission of the Institute for Urban Policy Research is to provide research and evaluation, education and outreach, and project guidance and consulting services to inform, motivate, and inspire community-focused organizations that improve the quality of life in the communities they serve.

Deep Tech is a research consultancy that investigates the relationship between information and communication technologies, people, and the planet. It uses a variety of methods to answer questions of ICT impact for governments, non-profits, foundations and businesses. Deep Tech communicates complex concepts concerning ICT’s impact to non-experts. It works on multi-disciplinary long-term projects and short standalone projects.
